"The canvas turned out okay overall, but..."
The canvas turned out okay overall, but the colors looked a little dull to me and I was expecting the print to be sharper. It’s not bad, just not quite what I had in mind. Also, I had to wait in queue longer than expected, which made the whole experience a bit frustrating.

"Photo upload really shouldn’t be this frustrating"
I tried to upload my photo about five different times, and it either froze or gave me an error every time. When I finally got a preview, it looked blurry anyway, so I just gave up. if a site is going to ask people to upload personal photos, it should make sure that feature actually works properly. Frustrating experience overall...

"The website was frustrating..."
I tried ordering from 1001canvas, but honestly... the whole site was kind of annoying to use. Pages were loading slowly, and the upload section confused me more than it should have. I felt like I had to click around way too much just to find basic things. It was even worse on my phone... the buttons were tiny, and a few things didn’t line up right. I ended up giving up before I even got to checkout. The site definitely needs some work.

"Kind of regretting this purchase"
I wish I hadn’t ordered this. The tracking was completely useless and never updated at all, so I had no idea where my package was or when it was supposed to show up.

"Checkout was more frustrating than it needed to be"
I tried ordering a canvas, but the checkout process was a mess. The page kept jumping back on me, I couldn’t tell if my coupon code actually applied, and the final total wasn’t really clear until the very end. I almost gave up before placing the order. It felt like a totally preventable issue and just made the whole buying experience way more stressful than it should’ve been.

"Wrong canvas and it just felt handled poorly"
I ordered a 16x20 canvas of a family photo, and somehow they sent me a picture of totally different people. The weird part is the packing slip had my name on it, so my gut says something is seriously off with how they’re matching orders.

Customer service had me send photos, then took days to get back to me. They offered to reprint it, but I needed it as a gift and by then it was already too late. the whole thing just left me feeling disappointed

I was a bit disappointed. The canvas itself was fine, nothing terrible, but once shipping and all the extras were added, it felt way too expensive for what I actually got. It kind of made me trust the pricing less, because the final cost didn’t feel as straightforward as I expected

"Not much choice, honestly"
I was really hoping there would be more styles and options to pick from, but the variety felt limited. A lot of the items looked almost the same to me, so it was hard to find something I actually wanted. When I reached out to support, it kind of felt like they were blaming me for not searching properly instead of actually helping, which made the whole experience more frustrating.

"Looks good, but not sure it’ll last"
It looked really nice when I first got it, and the colors were pretty much what I was hoping for. I hung it up and it was fine for a while, but after a few months one of the corners started to feel a little loose. The frame also just feels lighter than I expected. It’s still on the wall and doesn’t look bad, but for what it cost, I thought it would feel a bit sturdier. It’s okay overall, just not amazing.

The print itself was decent, but the colors came out looking a little dull compared to what I expected. Shipping also took longer than I thought it would. I did reach out to support and they replied, but the answer wasn’t especially helpful. For the price, I expected better, and I think other customers might feel the same if they’re hoping for brighter colors and quicker delivery.

"Returning it has been such a frustrating experience"
I’m really disappointed. I ordered a canvas and ended up needing to return it, but the whole process has felt way harder than it should have been. I kept waiting ages for replies, and when someone finally got back to me, it just felt like a generic copy-and-paste response instead of someone actually trying to help. I sent over everything they asked for, so it’s frustrating that I’m still sitting here with no refund. It just leaves a bad feeling, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"Replacement was a little slow"
They did end up replacing it, which I appreciated, but it took longer than I expected. Based on this experience, I’d say their replacement process might be a bit slow in general.

I was hoping for a bit more support from the staff, but they didn’t really do much to help. I get that everyone can have a busy day, but when customers come in needing assistance, it feels like the right thing to do is at least make an effort

"Updates were fine, but I was a little unsure"
I ordered from 1001canvas and my item did show up, so I can’t really complain too much. Maybe I was just overthinking it, but I expected the process to feel a bit more clear along the way.
The emails I got were okay, but there were a couple times where I wasn’t totally sure what stage my order was in. It would’ve been nicer to get more specific updates so I didn’t have to keep wondering if everything was still moving along.

"Poor packaging, and honestly I'm tired of dealing with this stuff"
The canvas showed up with dings on it, and the box barely had any padding inside. It’s frustrating because this feels like the kind of thing that should be handled before it ever gets to the customer. I don’t really have the energy to go back and forth with support over another issue, but the packaging was definitely not good enough

The print itself turned out fine, no real complaints there. The shipping was the weird part though, the tracking just sat there for a few days and then suddenly it was moving again. It did show up in one piece, just later than I thought it would, so that whole thing was a little frustrating
